經過了這一番激烈運動,肚子早就餓了,於是我們便出發去吃Tadashi Sushi,是all you can eat喔!

San Diego
Santa Barbara
I woke up pretty early this morning, it is not easy to stay in a big dorm room with 12 other girls! I packed up my stuff, started my day. It was a couldy and windy day, some shower as well, but it didn’t make me stop, I love Santa Barbara no mater what.

San Francisco to Santa Barbara
i woke up very late this morning, it is raining very hard today, no point to go out. I spent all morning tidy up my stuff, because I got lots of school brochures need to be organized.
The rain stopped at noon, I packed up my things, walked to bus terminal. Too bad I couldn’t find any better resturant in that area, so I just had some hot con-gee as my lunch.

After all, I finally get here, the place Judy and I missed last summer–Santa Barbara.
I got here around 10pm at night, the street was still a lot of people, loud and dronk, just way too scary to walk by myself, besides, i have no idea where’s the hostel, it is too dark.
I end up with taking a cab, and it was the best choice! Not only because the hostel is far, but also there were lot’s of crazy people shoutting on the street. Another lucky thing comes to me, the charger! There was a girl using a mac as well, and she lets my use her charger during the night! It was great! Lucky me!
San Francisco

Here I am San Fran! After a long ride, I arrived San Francisco this morning. I mate a Chinese lady when I transfer the bus in Sacramental, she was very kind, but just way too over–she said she can guide me to my hostel, but we got lost in Chinatown, then I kinda realized that she only know how to get around the city from Chinatown…WTF.
Anyways, I finally got to the hostel, yeah, the one with funny elevator. I went to my first appointment at AAU in the afternoon, the school is fabulous! Especially the computer lab! It is whole floor! Crazy, isn’t it? I think I am falling for it.
The weather chill down a little bit in San Fran, after the school tour, I went to buy a blanket on my way back to the hostel, it is not fun to get a cold during the trip!

It is my lunch, since it is so famous, I most try it out.
I went to visit CCA this morning, it was a pleasant walk, although I realized it isn’t a good area in the south part of the city later. People on the street are way TOO friendly! They tried to talk to me, look at me, even propose(!?) to me…
Let’s get back to school, CCA is more focus on craft, if I am going to continue my clay doll stuff, it would be an ideal. The school campus is cool, just like a big factory, huge open space using pieces of boards to divide out some studio like unit, very unique.
I went back to AAU to do two more tours, I have a strong feeling that I am coming to study here for sure.
Portland to San Francisco

The life without a laptop is painful for me, though it is easier to walk around. It is a nice little walk from the hostel I am staying to downtown Portland, I wondered around the city in this cloudy day, kinda rainy too, but luckily it didn’t get me sock.
There were all kind of flowers in the city, very refreshing.

Portland is a very quiet city, not a lot of people around even in downtown. Most of the populations are students of Portland State University. I joined the tour and did a little bit of consolation after that.
Truthfully, I like Portland pretty much, and it is cheap too, altough the design studies aren’t that good, generally to say, PSU is just a very ordinary school.
I hop on the bus to San Francisco in the evening, it will be a very long ride.
